I seems that Covid 19 is going to be a long term problem, especially given the onset of winter and lack of medication to date.
On Site training
In order to ensure that my customers, and myself, are as safe as possible during these difficult times I have carried out a risk assessment and will make the following provision for any training that is delivered on site:
I normally visit customers to provide on-site training, whether this is for a group or one to one training, but occasionally I am asked to deliver a workshop where people from more than one organisation can join together. SO A new Pivot Tables workshop has been arranged on Friday 16th December 2016. If you have a large spreadsheet, full of lots of data about your customers, suppliers, invoices, contacts etc. etc. it is well worth a visit.
A set of new excel workshops are about to be arranged so watch this space everybody. Small groups are gaurunteed so you will get personal attention at all times
Over the last few weeks I have arranged a number of Microsoft Excel and Word workshops at various locations in the North East of England. The most popular venue was Town Hall Chambers in Wallsend. The groups were small and so everbody was able to command a little bit of personal attention with specific problems that they have with their files.
I think that most of us know how to use powerpoint - but the point is that we should be aware of how to lay out those slides so that you don't end up with the audience reading the bullet points. Learn how to get the message across successfully with our "PowerPoint Power" workshop
You will have to create a google account to use google docs (this does not mean that you need to have a gmail – just go to the google page and choose sign in – create an account and you can add whichever email you use to your google account) Google docs are very simple to use and can carry out many of the tasks that Microsoft Office does. The link to them is https://www.google.co.uk/docs/about/
